Cancel Your Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order once processing has started and you will be charged for your order.
We will gladly credit or replace any defective item or incorrectly supplied items. Within 7 days of receipt of your goods, you may return the products that meet each of the following criteria.
- Are invoiced goods greater than $10.00 in value
- Have a copy of the invoice attached
- Are in the original packaging
- Are not used, installed or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
- Are not custom made or specifically ordered in
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection (with reference to our supplier if necessary) and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a credit note/gift certificate will be issued (including all applicable taxes). Freight charges will only be credited where we have made an error.
All reconditioned exchange goods are supplied by using customers "old core" units. They are fully reconditioned and put back into stock. Therefore deposit refunds for exchange goods are subject to the "old core" being suitable for reconditioning. Once your core unit is received and inspected, you will be advised if it is suitable for reconditioning. If it is unsuitable and you are unable to supply a suitable item, your deposit will be forfeited.
